RU walks over UMMA University and holds back Machakos.

Saturday 10th October, saw RU soccer team awarded two goals against UMMA University on walkover after they failed to turn up on time for the match. On Sunday 11th October, RU faced off with KUSA newcomer Machakos University. Despite the match ending on a 0:0 results, both teams exhibited spectacular play. RU’s Dennis Murutane made two great attempts, almost giving RU the much anticipated win. Ball possession remained at 50:50 for most of the game. RU Midfielder Tyrell Irura was the man of the match, displaying great talent and team spirit.
Coach Owen congratulated the boys for their hardwork and good coordination during the match.
So far the team is third on its tier with 10 points out of the 6 matches played.
