The School of International Relations and Diplomacy runs the Diplomatic Image Simulation (DIS) for the first year students every last week of the month to inspire and sharpen students wits in the ethos and practice of diplomacy. Riara University runs this uniquely designed program as an integral part of learning. Students are afforded an opportunity to display their abilities and skills in negotiation, public speaking and persuasion-qualities that are very central to diplomacy and international organizations.
Each student is assessed based on set criterion, including etiquette, protocols, cultural diplomacy, public speaking, cognitive abilities in the subject of IR & D and leadership skills. The university is privileged to have partnered with individuals and international institutions with vast experience in diplomacy.
