He has over six years’ experience teaching at the Higher education level having taught in Jomo Kenyatta of Agriculture and technology and IAT (Maseno University and St Paul’s Courses.) and Egerton University Nairobi Campus.
He is a member The Academy of International Business (AIB) a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (C.I.M)and a member of member Commonwealth fellowship scholars (Malaysian Chapter).
He was a Consultanting business writer with the- Diplomat East Africa and Marketing Society of Kenya “Sokoni” Magazine published by Global Village Publishers with over 50 articles touching on branding and strategy to his credit. He has also written several article touching on branding and strategic management on Business Daily and The African Executive among other media mouth pieces.
He has worked as a researcher at Quick Service Restaurants, 400 Fast Food Outlets in Malaysia, Thesis of Strategic Fit of Diversification of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut Kuala Lumpar Malaysia.He has worked also as a Policy Developer at United Nations Volunteer Program / Rurowe Laue Tathang- Bangladesh in which he developed Policy on Media Communication, Public Relations Human Resource Management, Public and Organization Sustainable policies.
He has presented a paper in May 2010; entitled “Advertising to the adult becoming” in conjunction with Associate Professor Dr. Faizah Rahim at International Conference of Marketing Advertising and Retail (Incomar) Malacca Malaysia. He has also conducted a research with Dr. Margaret Oloko on toothpaste loyalty among JKUAT students an empirical research on factors that increase longevity at Riara University in 2014 .
He is currently working on an empirical research; Investigating Kenyan millennial consumer attitudes towards foreign advertisement of local products a case study of Coca Cola advertisements
He is the author of Personal Branding King Solomon’s Way (2012) and The Terrorist in the Boardroom(2016). His interest are in branding and marketing strategy and strategic management.
