Dr. Joyce Ndegwa is a Senior Lecturer at Riara School of Business and Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) Programme Leader. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Business Administration – Strategic Management, a Master in Business Administration Degree in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Education(Arts) Degree- Business and Mathematics all from the university of Nairobi. She is a member of Academy of Management (AOM) as well as Africa Academy of Management (AFAM)
Dr. Ndegwa has three publications in local and international peer reviewed journals and two conference proceedings. She has attended and participated in several local and international conferences in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and South Africa. She has seven years of teaching and research experience from Catholic university, Daystar University and St. Paul’s university where she taught management courses.
Dr. Ndegwa has successfully supervised 5 postgraduate Dissertations and several undergraduate projects. She developed training manuals for strategic management and Business ethics and social responsibility for St. Paul’s University.
Dr. Ndegwa also has experience in corporate training and consultancy in strategic planning.
